Why choose water-based paint on the surface of the playhouse?

The same wood playhouse with different colors will show different effects. So what are the paint requirements for this outdoor product?

I have to recommend water-based paints here.
Water-based paint, water-based anti-rust paint, water-based steel structure paint, water-based floor paint, water-based wood paint.
It is harmless to the human body and does not pollute the environment. The paint film is full, crystal clear, flexible, and has the characteristics of water resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, yellowing resistance, fast drying and convenient use.
1. Water is used as a solvent, which saves a lot of resources; eliminates the risk of fire during construction; reduces air pollution; only uses a small amount of low-toxic alcohol ether organic solvents, which improves the operating environment conditions. The general water-based paint organic solvent (accounting for the paint) is between 5% and 15%, while the cathodic electrophoretic paint has been reduced to less than 1.2%, which has a significant effect on reducing pollution and saving resources.
2. The water-based paint can be applied directly on wet surfaces and in humid environments; it has good adaptability to the material surface and strong coating adhesion.
3. The coating tools can be cleaned with water, which greatly reduces the consumption of cleaning solvents and effectively reduces the damage to the construction personnel.
4. The electrophoretic coating is uniform and smooth. Good flatness; inner cavity, welds, edges and corners can be coated with a certain thickness of coating, which has good protection; electrophoretic coating has the best corrosion resistance, thick-film cathodic electrophoretic coating The salt spray resistance can reach up to 1200h.
①Appearance of the product: milky white, yellowish, and reddish viscous;
②Solid content: generally 30% to 45%, much lower than solvent-based;
③Water resistance: Aliphatic polyurethane dispersion and water-based urethane oil are much better than aromatic/acrylic emulsion type;
④Alcohol resistance: its trend is basically the same as that of water resistance;
⑤Hardness: The acrylic emulsion type is the lowest, the aromatic polyurethane is the next, the aliphatic polyurethane dispersion and its two-component polyurethane and urethane oil are the highest, and the hardness will gradually increase with the extension of time. Component cross-linked type. But the hardness increase is slow and low, far less than the solvent type. There are very few pencils whose hardness can reach H;
⑥Gloss: It is difficult to achieve the gloss of solvent-based wood coatings for bright ones, generally about 20% lower. Among them, the two-component type is higher, followed by urethane oil and polyurethane dispersion, and the acrylic emulsion type is the lowest;
⑦Fullness: Due to the influence of solid content, the difference is large. In addition, the solid content is low and the fullness is poor. The higher the solid content, the better the fullness. The two-component cross-linked type is better than the single-component type, and the acrylic emulsion type poor;
⑧Abrasion resistance: Urethane oil and two-component cross-linking type are the best, followed by polyurethane dispersion and acrylic emulsion type again;

Precautions:
There are still some pseudo-water-based paints on the market. When using, “special dilution water” is required, which is very harmful to the human body.
